Adegas Tollodouro was born in the year 2000 with the concern to develop high quality, in the Rías Baixas denomination of origin wines, taking advantage of the resources and the quality that offer us our 52 hectares of its own vineyards. It boasts a wine cellar with capacity for 400,000 liters.
Location
The farm is located in Vilachán (Tomiño-Pontevedra). Its altitude above sea level ranges from 200 to 350 m. The distance to the Miño River is 3.5 km and to the Atlantic Ocean is 10 Km. This is a south-facing slope, between the Bravos and Pego streams.
Climate
Mild year-round, but especially in summer. Mild summer temperatures make grapes to ripen slowly, keeping all its varietal aromas and a significant acidity, necessary for the production of fresh and fruity wines.
Soils
Granite, sandy and very permeable soil allows to obtain very fine wines capable of highlighting the most varietal aromas.
