Liberalia is a family winery which started acquiring old vineyards in DO Toro, to produce unique wines and high quality in the year 2000.
Its philosophy is based on producing unique wines that represent the place where they come from, made with care and meticulous dedication, maximum respect for the environment, for the land where they grow their vines.
Location
Liberalia is located in the area of the historic and prestigious Denominación de Origen Toro, Zamora (España).
Vineyard
Juan Antonio Fernández, was acquiring and organizing the vineyards, whose age ranges from 30 to 100 years.
The vineyards are located in payments, where traditionally there has been growing vines. The variety is the Tinta de Toro, adaptation to the terroir of the Tempranillo or Tinto Fino variety.
The family of ancestral autochthonous varieties white grape vineyards also owns: Moscatel de Grano Menudo, Malvasia and Albillo.
Culture
Liberalia carries out continuous activities of broadcasting and musical, pictorial or sculptural patronage.
