The first wine that Fernando Mora MW made in his apartment was called AROM (his last name backwards) and it was a symbol of his start in the world of wine in 2008. In the search for greater height in order to achieve greater freshness and precision, Bodegas Frontonio and Bodegas San Alejandro join hands with a common dream: to make one of the best Garnachas in the world in the next 20 years.

When Frontonio met the San Alejandro team, magic was undoubtedly born, since Frontonio's freshness joined with San Alejandro's serenity, Fernando's speed, with Yolanda Díaz's experience.
When experience and freshness come together, magic arises. The vision of a farmer who has managed to maintain the heritage of old vineyards in height. The team that makes Cuevas de Arom possible is much more than the visible faces of this beautiful project. A great family that shares their passion for the territory, agriculture, winemaking, respect for the past and that intends to show all this through sincere wines.
Vineyard
Some of the oldest and highest vineyards in Calatayud are in the hands of the winemakers of Bodegas San Alejandro, in this case the selected areas are Alarba, Acered and Murero. On Precambrian soils made up of slates and impossible slopes at more than 800 meters, where old Grenache vineyards co-planted with other varieties that give rise to unique wines are drawn.
