A historic Alsace winery, located in the heart of the most famous Grand Cru in the area. The origins of Dopff Au Molin date back to 1574 and for centuries the art of growing grapes and making wine has been passed down from generation to generation, until today.

Dopff Au Molin is characterized by producing high quality wines using only the best grapes and aging with patience and respect for ancient traditions.

Dopff Au Molin wines are divided into two ranges: Domaine Familiar (They are made only with grapes from the Domaine itself) and Grand Cru. (High quality white wines from certain plots).
