Color and Appearance:	During the first years of evolution in the bottle, in the visual phase it is clean and of an intense gold color with greenish iridescence and glyceric notes when the glass is put in rotation.
Nose / Aroma:	On the nose it is marked by French Oak which is attenuated with notes of raisins and dried plums. Lacks oxidation. There are no shrillness, but harmony of all the elements.
Mouth / Flavors:	In the mouth the non-existent alcoholic sensation surprises despite its 14%. It is broad and attacks all organoleptic perceivers, since from the acidity tip to the aftertaste of wood and ripe fruit, they are persistent.
