SOMMOS Winery, an avant-garde winery in the heart of Somontano whose architecture is recognized by the international press as "One of the Architectural Wonders of the World of Wine."
Sommos is a geometric game, some cubes that intermingle, giving rise to a prism. A commitment to knowledge, for being much more than a winery in which wine is made. Sommos architecture stands out for the uniqueness of its forms and the strength of its steel and glass materials.
It arises harmoniously and surrounded by vineyards, varying the path and its contemplation to the beat of the seasons.
For the production we have French oak vats, concrete and stainless steel tanks of different capacities to be able to vinify each plot separately.
Respecting to the maximum the potential of each terroir. In the selection of the grape we have optical selection equipment where berry by berry the one that meets theoptimal quality conditions.
Our vines are harvested in the light of the moon, when the temperature is low and we can collect the fruits with their properties intact.
The transfer to the winery is carried out in isothermal trailers with hermetic closure, to avoid dust and insects from the road and covered with a layer of dry ice that prevents the start of fermentation.
