A wine with a Mediterranean character, where we look for the juiciness of Tempranillo and Syrah in their freshest profile. For this we choose the vineyards planted on slopes facing north and store the wine in oak vats, trying to respect the purity of the grape as much as possible.

Our vines are harvested in the light of the moon, when the temperature is low and we can collect the fruits with their properties intact.
The transfer to the winery is carried out in isothermal trailers with hermetic closure, to avoid dust and insects from the road and covered with a layer of dry ice that prevents the start of fermentation.
