Jean-Marie Guffens-Heynen and his wife Maine produced their first wine in the village of Pierreclos in Mâconnais in 1980. Today the small property is used as an experimental laboratory for the other Guffens-Heynens wine adventures. White Wine produced by Semillon and Sauvignon blanc.

Domaine Berthaut Gerbet

The renamed domaine Berthaut Gerbet was born in 2013 as a result of the merger of the former domaines Denis Berthaut and François Gerbet, parents of Amelie. An emerging talent in Burgundy who now manages 16 hectares spread across some of the most renowned towns on the Cote de Nuits, although Fixin is the nerve center and "spiritual" of the winery.

On the maxim of "Bien faire vax miev que dir", doing it well is better than talking, in recent years he has been following a firm and determined path to get Fixin out of "ostracism" and reverse that widespread opinion about the rustic nature of his wines. Convinced that the rusticity attributed to Fixin wines has been more a problem of producers than of terroir, Amelie's wines are the confirmation of that idea; Fine, elegant and austere. Contemporary classicism or as she herself defines "vins de garde qui se boivent".
