Color and Appearance: Clean wine, medium-high layer. Cherry red with a garnet rim, well preserved.
Nose / Aroma: On the nose it is clean, with great frankness, complexity and good aromatic intensity. The fruit remains patent in the form of black berries, as well as a floral background.
Mouth / Flavors: Dry, with wonderful acidity and perfect balance. After a soft entry, it is then well structured and wide. The tannins are present but they are not noticeable with great astringency, but are perfectly polished.
Winemaker notes: Wines made by hand, with hardly any filtrations (except those obtained naturally by decantation, through its elaboration by gravity). With possible precipitation of coloring matter over time.
Recommendations: Temperature: 16 - 18º C
Food Pairing: It combines excellently with varied tapas, meats, stews, legumes, and typical dishes of the country.
