Sweet Wine, late harvest of organic farming grapes from the “El Regueiral” farm. Thanks to the long, dry and hot summer, the grapes were left to overripe on the vine until the month of November, when they were harvested, thus some grapes with a high concentration of sugars, from which this wine shows part of the sugar without fermenting due to what sweetness comes from the grapes themselves.

Color and Appearance:	De aspecto limpio y brillante presenta un color amarillo pajizo luminoso.
Nose / Aroma:	En naríz se presenta con alta concentración aromática, mostrando notas de rosa, frutas tropicales y una gran mineralidad.
Mouth / Flavors:	Entrada en boca amplia, redonda y melosa que da paso a sensaciones dulces y muy afrutadas pero que no empalaga gracias a su excelente acidez.
Winemaker notes:	Es un vino ligero donde no molesta el dulzor, con un excelente equilibrio dulce-ácido que invita a seguir bebiendo.

The cellar maked great wines from 1761, Palacio de Canedo had its own wineyards in Denominación de Origen Bierzo, and now, they make organic wines, with the most respect to the land.

Respect for the environment, free of chemicals, herbicides, insecticides ... and the desire to provide a clean wine with aromas, colors and unique flavors of the grape, is what made us bet since our inception for Ecological Agriculture. They work to fertilize and give life to the land and our vines, balancing soil. They carry out pruning for correct sun exposure linked to lower yields. Selective harvests marked by the status of each vineyard ...

And in the cellar ... let nature take its course, which gave us pamper the earth ... So they get some authentic wines, with the peculiarity of each vintage ...

Vineyard

A recognition of what the earth gives and the creative work of women and men of our time, and their ancestors, is the vineyard is the basis of our wines, which differentiates us from other wineries, other regions, other countries. Like other friendly wineries, we believe the Bierzo wine is mostly natural balance with the landscape that have left generations that preceded us.

Respect it and give to those who follow us with the same quality that has come to us is how we get these marvelous wines. They are spread over 30 hectares plots and cultivated in organic farming. On them they grow mencía ink and white varieties Godello, with which we make our wines and sparkling quality, our Xamprada, but also the Biermú or lemonade, or strong spirits.
