Nose / Aroma:	En nariz es complejo y persistente. La madurez de la uva se refleja en los aromas frutales (ciruela pasa), tostados, café torrefacto y especiados (canela, pimienta y algo de vainilla).
Mouth / Flavors:	En boca es potente, elegante, sabroso y muy frutal. Bien armado en cuerpo con nobles taninos.

The Bodegas Hermanos Sastre was founded in 1990 and is since 1998 that Jesus Sastre, the third generation, responsible for leading this project with 45 hectares in Ribera del Duero, in several areas of La Horra. Starting serious work on biological and biodynamic agriculture, their old vines offer an intense and seductive tempranillo.
