Color and Appearance:	Atractivo color cereza picota, de capa alta, con tonos granate y reflejos azules. Limpio y brillante.
Nose / Aroma:	Complejo, elegante y potente en nariz; aromas frutales que sirven de fondo a una amplia gama de sensaciones de crianza (especias, hierbas aromáticas, vainilla, canela).
Mouth / Flavors:	En boca es muy potente, robusto, amplio, muy serio, con gran carácter y taninos que auguran una larga vida; larga persistencia, con grato final de boca amargoso.

Bodegas Hermanos Pérez Pascuas

Bodegas Hermanos Pérez Pascuas a pioneer in Ribera del Duero, began activities in 1980, when three brothers, Benjamín, Manuel and Adolfo Pérez Pascuas, convinced of the excellent potential that lay in the vineyards owned by their father, Mauro, decided to initiate an ambitious project: to make one of the best wines in Spain and to carve a niche for it in the international marketplace.

This is a family cellar which has focused on quality from its very beginnings, with much hard work and intense dedication. Currently, 500.000 bottles are produced yearly and this limited production allows for strict controls of the whole winemaking process from its very beginning.

Climate and soils

The terrain is smooth and the soils are chalky-clay. It is located at an altitude of 800m above sea level.

The climate is Continental, with an Atlantic influence and an average year-round temperature of 11ºC, with an annual rainfall of about 475mm.

Vineyard

Bodegas Hermanos Pérez Pascuas owns 135 Hectares of vineyards: 90% Tinta del País grape variety (Tempranillo) and 10% Cabernet Sauvignon grape variety.

The vineyards are located in Pedrosa de Duero in the D.O. Ribera del Duero, a town with a winemaking tradition that spans over a hundred years.
