Color and Appearance:	Initially highlights the density of color, a very deep layer and a cherry red ripe very alive.
Nose / Aroma:	The nose is dominated by the aromas of the fine red wine in its version most pure and primal, with hints of black fruits, violet and licorice. It is also pastries such as the tofé and vanilla notes.
