Nose / Aroma:	The nose is clean. Frank. With slightly menthol aromas, leather and tobacco of different origins and with soft scents of cedar.
Mouth / Flavors:	Its entry into the mouth is silky, with present acidity and perfectly integrated with the tannins. With a harmonious journey, the sensations of aftertaste are lasting and full in memories of the aromas discovered.

Ageing:	Un envejecimiento suave y paulatino en seleccionadas barricas de roble de 6 orígenes distintos y un tranquilo y largo descanso en botellero, obtenemos un vino inmenso, que deleita por su profundidad.

Production:	824 botellas de 0,75 cl. 102 botellas magnum.
Soils:	Viña “el cascorral” suelo de aluvión con piedras. Viña “El monte” terreno arcillo-arenoso. Viña “del peñón” terreno pedregoso
Viticulture:	Viña “el cascorral” con una altitud de 800 m.y viñas de 90 años aprox. Viña “El monte” con una altitud de 890 m. Edad: 60 anos. Viña “del peñón” en la ladera del páramo. Altitud: 927 m. Edad: 42 anos.
