Pago de Carraovejas is possible thanks to the work of more than 70 people who work every day, both in the vineyard and in the winery, offices and wine tourism with the common goal of obtaining the best raw material and the highest quality in all processes.
The set of facilities built exceeds 26,000 m2, with beautiful outdoor places and an avant-garde building from which you can see unparalleled views of the vineyard, the Botijas valley and the castle of Peñafiel.
Vineyard
A Farm of 200 ha. of vineyard with three varieties, Tinto Fino, Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot and three farming systems, Doble Cordón Royat, Vertical Glass on the famous Cuesta de las Hares and Terraces for the mountain area.
Elaboration
A unique system of elaboration that combines the work by gravity, the use of yeasts and bacteria of the terroir and the delicate work with the wood for the upbringing. All this always from the exhaustive control of all the processes.
