Color and Appearance:	Cherry red color with an intense and bright layer.
Nose / Aroma:	Fruity aromas and well-integrated hints of wood. In perfect balance with notes of black currants and blackberries. To which are added aromas of liquorice and spicy notes, interspersed with notes of coffee.
Mouth / Flavors:	Wide, fleshy and long, with a round and persistent tannic structure. It has a fine palate, sweet with ripe fruit and roasted in the aftertaste. It is an elegant and silky wine.
Recommendations:	Temperature: 16-18º C
Food Pairing:	Ideal to accompany all kinds of red and white meat, ideal for game dishes and especially with roast suckling lamb. Also perfect with any spoon dish as well as with desserts: bitter chocolates, and cheesecake.
