It is made in a traditional way, fermenting the must with the stem, without prior destemming. From Viña Valera, it is a unique Gran Reserva. It is only made in extraordinary vintages.

Color and Appearance:	An attractive intense garnet red color with a cherry red rim.
Nose / Aroma:	It gives off a wide range of aromas of ripe red fruit, such as currant and forest fruit jam, well intertwined with balsamic, minty and coffee liqueur touches.
Mouth / Flavors:	It is intense and powerful on the palate, as well as wide and silky. Elegant, sweet and balanced with a long aftertaste in which subtle hints of coffee, balsamic and minty reappear.
Recommendations:	Temperature: 16-18º C
Food Pairing:	Ideal to accompany dishes of small fur and feather game, red meats, poultry stews and especially with suckling lamb or roast lamb.
