MILENICO

It is born on the banks of the Duero, in the municipality of San Martín de Rubiales, between Roa and Peñafiel, in the heart of the Ribera del Duero, a region with more than a thousand uninterrupted years of wine tradition and culture. The climate is harsh, with marked daily fluctuations that force daily cycles of activity on the plant, which gives the wine an unmistakable and distinctive character.

Milenico is the result of dedication and enthusiasm for creating exceptional wines. His constant relationship with the land, with the vineyard, with the wine and the desire to achieve the best is the energy that inspires his day to day. Milenico is possible thanks to its privileged location, the origin of an extraordinary fruit and our search for perfection, which translates into continuous and extreme care and attention to detail throughout Milenico's life.

Vineyard

The vines grow on steep slopes of limestone and sandy land, with stone, on slopes facing south, next to the Duero, halfway between the valley and the moors, in a special microclimate that naturally protects the vines from the spring frosts, and that together with the natural low yield of the land is the genesis of expressive, powerful, long-lived and distinctive wines.

Millenium wines are born to stand out and show the best of the land that saw them grow. Their wines are an honest and realistic reflection of the environment and the desire to transform the fruit of the vineyard into wine in the most natural way possible.
