Red wine made from Tempranillo. The vineyards located in Anguix, Finca Camino Viejo, (0.65 Ha) planted on a trellis in 1985, between a pine forest and a watering can in a north-south direction. It is a clone of low production, small grapes and loose bunches. The wine ages for 14 months in French oak barrels.

It was born with a family character from a deep-rooted winemaking tradition. Mariano Gallego and Vicenta Zapatero (the foundations of this project), working the vineyards with respect and tenacity, transmit to their children Bienvenido and Ignacio (the pillars of this project) the values to make a great wine: YOTUEL.
Vineyard
The almost new hectares of vines they cultivate are located in Anguix (Burgos), around 810 meters above sea level. It is a place formed by a large part of the valleys and hills. The plant cycle is short, in spring and at the end of summer there is a high risk of frost, summers are hot and dry, with a significant change between daytime and nighttime temperatures. Rainfall is around 430mm per year.
Soils
The soils are loam of medium depth, clayey with limestone and sandy veins.
