Color and Appearance:	Wine of a bright red color with violet hues, with an intense layer and persistent tears.
Nose / Aroma:	The nose initially tells us about its aging on noble woods, with aromas of vanilla and coconut, white pepper and notes of oregano. It shows notes of licorice stick and a great intensity of red strawberries.
Mouth / Flavors:	Its attack is unctuous and fresh at the same time. Its velvety tannins caress the palate expressing all its richness. A sweet, concentrated, persistent wine with a long and spicy background on the palate.
Winemaker notes:	It is a modern and complex wine that will improve in the bottle over the next few years.
Recommendations:	Temperature 16 - 18º C.
Food Pairing:	The ideal companion for fatty dishes (stews, duck magret, legume stones, tripe...) as well as oily fish in sauce.
