Color and Appearance:	The wine is clean and bright, with straw yellow color with greenish trim.
Nose / Aroma:	The nose is fine and elegant, with aromas of classic Verdejo such as dill, fennel, anise, apple that acquire complexity with the light toasted, spices and pastry notes that the barrel has given during its aging.
Mouth / Flavors:	The palate is broad, long, fleshy and round, appearing again its fruits and spices. It has great persistence and an aftertaste that invites you to continue tasting it.
