Nose / Aroma: | High intensity, with slightly citrus and stone fruit aromas, tropical fruit, pineapple, banana, fine vanilla and honey from the Forest of Matasnos, white flowers and a very pleasant balsamic background. |
Mouth / Flavors: | It is honeyed and glyceric due to its work on the lees and the volume of the Viognier. Citric sensations of very discreet grapefruit appear and a finish of cut hay, combines perfectly with a toasted touch. |
