Color and Appearance: | The wine has a very dark and bright cherry red color with a violet rim and a high layer. |
Nose / Aroma: | On the nose it is difficult to open but it gradually does so in the glass. The first sensations are dark and deep: black fruit (blackberries), stone (graphite and slate) and black spices (pepper). |
Mouth / Flavors: | On the palate it has a fresh entry and the tannin that gives it structure, is sweet and elegant. As it opens in the glass, it becomes more flavorful, with a polished, round touch and a balanced acidity that provides tension. |

They are winegrowers with their own vineyard and winery where they make their wines.
Some time ago they began to investigate and experiment in the vineyard to achieve a return to aromas, flavors and smells somewhat forgotten and covered by fashion factors such as wood, enzymes, qualified yeasts and preservatives.
Consequently, they got down to work some years ago, recovering old vineyards and using lifelong practices, forgotten by modern viticulture symbolized by herbicides, systemic phytosanitary products and fertilizers of all kinds.
