Color and Appearance:	Deep red mahogany, high density, with shades of Brown as befits a great aged wine.
Nose / Aroma:	Aroma intense, marked by aging in oak and accompanied with notes of Jammy black fruits and truffles.
Mouth / Flavors:	Palate pleasant, with nerve, round and complex, with notes of chocolate and spices, well structured tannins. Elegant and persistent aftertaste.
Food Pairing:	Excelent with meat dishes, such as roasts or stews typical of Mediterranean cuisine, cooked or stewed in a sauce of tomatoes and peppers with herbs and spices (thyme, oregano, Rosemary, bay leaf and pepper).
