Pesseroles Brisat is an emotional journey to the recovery of brisados, white grape wines macerated with the skin. It is an artisanal wine, made by hand that is slowly fermented cold and macerated for 3 months with the skin and then aged for a long time in a glazed ceramic jug and demijohns.
