Nose / Aroma:	Frutos del bosque, hierbas mediterráneas, sotobosque, pimienta y regaliz en la nariz.
Mouth / Flavors:	Sedoso en boca, este vino ofrece sabores muy presentes de ciruela, chocolate negro, regaliz con un toque mineral. Taninos muy bien integrados, gran frescura, final especiado y ahumado.
Recommendations:	Temperature 16 - 18º C
Food Pairing:	Carnes de caza, asados de res, guisos de cordero y también con quesos de pasta, tipo manchego o Idiazabal.
