This small jewel of only 0.24 Ha was planted in a glass and "in the frame" in 1927 (although in the records of the Council it appears as 1,952). The Manao has been rated with 95 points by the prestigious British Master of Wine Tim Atkim.

Color and Appearance:	Very intense garnet red color.
Nose / Aroma:	On the nose it is elegant and full of nuances. Notes of ripe fruit, black fruit jam, liquorice, soft toasted notes, coffee and tobacco in the background initially appear.
Mouth / Flavors:	On the palate it is an intense, broad and enveloping wine, full of personality, with round tannins. Its long and persistent finish is due to the intensity with which the aromas reappear.
Recommendations:	Temperature: 16 - 18º C
