Color and Appearance:	Intense cherry.
Nose / Aroma:	Complex. Balance between red fruit and ripe fruit, which appears in the background. Perfect balance with the wood, highlighting its elegant tannins.
Mouth / Flavors:	Powerful, meaty and above all very fresh. Ripe red fruit. Structured, with high aging power.
Recommendations:	Temperature 16º - 18º C
Food Pairing:	It perfectly accompanies medium-structured meats (veal, suckling lamb, etc.), apart from all kinds of pasta, stews and cheeses.
