Color and Appearance:	Intense cherry red colour, with a very high layer that highlights its depth and liveliness.
Nose / Aroma:	Intense aromas of black fruit that blend with notes incense and graphite balsamics, complemented by spicy touches such as black pepper, which provide an attractive complexity.
Mouth / Flavors:	On the palate, it has a silky texture, with an aftertaste wide and very long, where the distinctive character of the variety, leaving an impression durable and pleasant.
Recommendations:	Temperature 16 - 18º C
Food Pairing:	Especially suitable for meats, stewed or grilled. It is also a good companion to aged cheeses and semi-cured.
