Matas Altas Blanco is a village wine that marks the character of the old vineyards planted free-range in the municipality of Fuente Álamo. Set on calcareous soils in different textures, it marks a high Mediterranean profile with freshness and salinity.

Their ancestors have worked the vineyards without the use of agrochemicals, following a sustainable viticulture. Ancient techniques that sought to maintain biodiversity in the soil and respect for the environment.
All the processes were aimed at making use of energy and matter for the maintenance and regeneration of the soils that supported the family economy through integrated production.
The objective of Bodega Cerón is a regenerative viticulture that allows our vineyards to adapt to the changing climate. Not everything was written in the Jumilla Denomination of Origin.
They rearrange concepts and ways of working the vineyard, of understanding it and listening to it.
