The passion for wine and the design are the two ingredients that initiated the project of the wineries Winery On. A young, dynamic and innovative project that combines modernity and craftsmanship throughout the process of wine production.
Winery On is set within the own vineyards in order to reduce harvesting time and achieve the highest quality of the grape. The harvest is carried out traditionally manually in small boxes and grapes then goes through a process of selection where only the best beans are chosen.
The wines follow the methodology and process of production more avant-garde of the time thanks to the most advanced technology:
Cryomaceration, inerting, stabilization when cold and bottled in the same Winery.
Location
Winery On set in the areas of Murcia and Valencia landmarks where what is sought is the essence of the Mediterranean.
Soil and climate
Limestone soils, deep and highly permeable together with extreme weather conditions with cold winters and extremely hot summers transmitted to our wines distinctive personality and character.
Vineyard
Winery On is currently working on an area of 20 hectares spread over different vineyards in the heart of the Mediterranean between 300 and 600 m of altitude.
Following the maxim that the success of the Winery is in the care of the vine and the grape, the soils are worked and he is vineyard without harsh chemicals in the vineyards seeking balanced and sustainable production.
