Careful selection of the best Airén grape wines distilled in the distillery through traditional methods in Arab stills. Aged in American oak barrels that previously contained the most select Sherry wines, Amontillados and Oloroso, and thanks to the traditional aging method of Criaderas and Solera, young distillates are mixed with older ones. An extraordinary brandy.
