Nose / Aroma: This 2015 Millésime of very fine bubbles, with subtle aromas of citrus and white flowers, is the jewel in the crown of the house.
Mouth / Flavors: Silky on the palate with notes of green apple, fresh herbs, lemon and toasted almonds. Great harmony and balance. Fresh and long finish in the mouth.
Recommendations: Temperature: 8 - 10ºC
Food Pairing: It can be enjoyed as an aperitif and with rich dishes such as lobster or foie gras.

Ageing: Jewel of the Delavenne house, our Millésime is made only during the exceptional years. Aged during 30 months.

DELAVENNE has been carrying out all the stages of making its champagnes for four generations, from harvest to marketing. What is recognized on its label by the name of "Récoltants-Manipulants". 

This denomination allows them to control all the stages of elaboration and quality of their champagnes, trying to transmit all the tradition and personality that surround them. 

They make their range of «Grand Cru» champagnes with passion and expertise, in a natural way with a minimum of 36 months of aging in the cellar, without malolactic fermentation, that is, they do not add any type of additive to accelerate fermentation, leaving the time to it needs naturally for its fermentation, in order to ensure a long finish in the mouth and the preservation of the notes and aromas of its rich terroir, using techniques that resemble organic farming, creating great spectacular and unique champagnes, with essence and own personality, complex and elegant, with very fine bubbles that form a beautiful and delicate string of persistent, delicious bubbles.
