DELAVENNE has been carrying out all the stages of making its champagnes for four generations, from harvest to marketing. What is recognized on its label by the name of "Récoltants-Manipulants".
This denomination allows them to control all the stages of elaboration and quality of their champagnes, trying to transmit all the tradition and personality that surround them.
They make their range of «Grand Cru» champagnes with passion and expertise, in a natural way with a minimum of 36 months of aging in the cellar, without malolactic fermentation, that is, they do not add any type of additive to accelerate fermentation, leaving the time to it needs naturally for its fermentation, in order to ensure a long finish in the mouth and the preservation of the notes and aromas of its rich terroir, using techniques that resemble organic farming, creating great spectacular and unique champagnes, with essence and own personality, complex and elegant, with very fine bubbles that form a beautiful and delicate string of persistent, delicious bubbles.
