This is a champagne made from a selection of Bouzy Grand Cru plots, but made from the blend of 60% Pinot Noir and 40% Chardonnay. Alcoholic and malolactic fermentation in stainless steel tanks and aging for 8 months before bottling. From then on, at least 3 years of aging in the bottle.

Winemaker notes:	The result is delicacy and elegance of a high-level champagne. Subtle aromas, balanced passage in the mouth with hardly any edges, very fine and integrated bubbles.
Recommendations:	Temperature: 8 - 10ºC
Food Pairing:	It is tasted as an aperitif and it will be the ideal accompaniment to all your receptions. Soft cheeses, gruyeres, quiche, lunch, slightly elevated cuisine.
