This is a champagne made from a selection of Bouzy Grand Cru plots, but made from the blend of 60% Pinot Noir and 40% Chardonnay. Alcoholic and malolactic fermentation in stainless steel tanks and aging for 8 months before bottling. From then on, at least 3 years of aging in the bottle.
