Blended rosé, made from a mixture of “white” base wines and 6% red wine, in this case a Bouzy Rouge. The pinot noir used for Bouzy Rouge comes only from the “Clos Pierre Paillard” plot, a small 1,000 m2 clos. All the grapes come from the Bouzy Grand Cru and are made with a majority of Chardonnay (70%).
