Color and Appearance:	Clean and bright wine, straw-colored with greenish iridescence. Fine bubble and persistent thread.
Nose / Aroma:	It offers aromas of pastry, nuts with a subtle touch of lees marked by aging.
Mouth / Flavors:	On the palate, it is broad and elegant, feeling the presence of the bubbles finely and recognizing the flavor of sponge cake that evolves towards a non-cloying sweetness, persistent and long mid palate.
