Viña Tixosa is the highest estate. Its vineyards are 30 years old and are at an altitude of 350 meters, facing southeast. Even though the soil is also sandy like the rest of Viñas Singulares, it is deeper, which allows for a more extensive root system. These factors, together with a higher acidity, determine that it is the last harvest of the campaign.
