Bodegas Fulcro was born in 2009 when Manuel Moldes left his job as an economist in a bank and decided to dedicate himself full time to one of the passions of his life, making wine. From old rented vines, the hectare in the surroundings of Sanxenxo can reach one million euros, and from the cellar in the garage of the family home, a project has been consolidated, which quietly and discreetly and constant has established itself as one of the indisputable references of Salnés.
Rigor in the choice of each plot according to the type of soil or exposure, analytical and meticulous vinification and constant attention to every little detail throughout the production process have made Fulcro wines finer, more precise, elegant and balanced than Good A winery in full maturity, already established among the best in the Rias Baixas, which adds to its good work an exceptional value for money to its wines. Definitely one of our favorites
