Los Chacayes, Valle de Uco
When the elders sent their young people to found new villages, carrying vines to plant new vineyards, they sent them away with a ceremony called Ver Sacrum.
Since then the Ver Sacrum is the symbol of the new tribe.
A project born in 2011 to recover and highlight the potential of Mediterranean varieties, generally very rare in Argentina today.
