Color and Appearance:	Cherry red with a purple rim, vivid.
Nose / Aroma:	On the nose it shows intensity, highlights the floral memory of violets, also lavender and other aromatic herbs, scrubland. All this accompanied by a hint of black fruit and subtle cocoa.
Mouth / Flavors:	On the palate it is intense, sweet, with a polished tannin that accompanies and provides structure. Good persistence that brings back the memory of black fruit and violets...
Recommendations:	Temperature 17º - 18º C.
Food Pairing:	A delicate wine in terms of aromas but with enough structure to accompany fatty fish, pasta with white sauces, poultry and semi-cured cheeses.
